Frank co-founded Talisman Wealth Advisors to provide the kind of insight and advice that simply isn't possible inside big corporate firms and banks. With three decades of experience, he meets clients where they are on their financial journey—sitting with them at the kitchen table, understanding what they've built, and helping them use money to fulfill their life goals, on their terms.
Frank has a particular affinity for business owners and entrepreneurs. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs himself, he understands the unique financial challenges and opportunities that come with building something of your own—and brings that understanding to every client relationship. Over the course of his career, he has had the privilege of working with multiple generations of those families—watching businesses grow, transitions happen, and financial lives unfold over decades.
Frank began his advisory career in financial services in 1993, building deep expertise over 30 years. In 2018, he partnered with Jennifer Kirby at Merrill Lynch to form The Granizo Kirby Group, bringing clients a richer, team-based experience. That partnership grew into Talisman Wealth Advisors—a firm built around one commitment: serving clients in the best way possible.
Frank holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation and has completed the Certificate in Financial Planning program at New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware Lerner College of Business and Economics. A proud first-generation Hispanic, Frank is also proficient in Spanish.
Frank has been part of the Scotch Plains, New Jersey community for more than 20 years. When not working with clients, he enjoys spending time at the beach and on the water with his wife of 27 years, Robyn, and their family. An avid student of the markets, he also makes time for tennis, fishing, and will happily discuss boating and cars whenever asked.
